Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Commercial Use Printables on ClickSellStudio

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of commercial use printables (“Product”) by ClickSellStudio (“Seller”) to the purchaser (“Buyer”). By purchasing the Product, the Buyer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

Product

ClickSellStudio sells digital files that contain commercial use printables that the Buyer can edit in Canva. The Product is delivered to the Buyer in the form of a digital download link, which is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer during the purchase process.

Payment

The Buyer must pay the full purchase price of the Product using PayPal at the time of purchase. ClickSellStudio will not deliver the Product until payment has been received in full.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Product, ClickSellStudio does not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Intellectual Property

The Buyer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to copyright, belong to ClickSellStudio. The Buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for commercial purposes. The Buyer may not resell or distribute the Product in its original form no resell ?;.l,m.

Privacy Policy

ClickSellStudio respects the privacy of its customers and collects only the personal information necessary to fulfill orders and provide customer support. ClickSellStudio will not sell or disclose the Buyer's personal information to third parties unless required by law.

Security

ClickSellStudio takes reasonable measures to protect the Buyer's personal information and secure its website and payment processing system. However, the Buyer acknowledges that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickSellStudio is located.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ClickSellStudio and the Buyer and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
